My wisdom teeth

Some of you might have heard that my wisdom teeth were taken out yesterday. If you haven't heard, here is the story!
Last July (2009) I had an orthodontist appointment. My orthodontist said that it looked like my wisdom teeth were coming in. So we set up an appointment with Dr. Espe, an oral surgeon, he said that my wisdom teeth were still coming in, and I wouldn't need to get them pulled until February. Now to make a long story short, August, September, October, November, December, and January flew by quickly. And here we are in February, the date to get my wisdom teeth pulled out was February 5th 2010.
Yesterday morning, we (Mama, Leif and I) woke up at 6:00 am, left at 7:00 for the orthodontist's office. We arrived at the office right on time. At 9:00 they started getting ready for the procedure, they checked my heard rate, and did all that kinda stuff that they do. At first I thought about having anesthesia, but then decided to have the laughing gas. Ha ha! I don't think it has worn off yet. ;) Everything went great through the whole procedure. And at the end, I looked and felt like a fat chipmunk! They gave me some instructions to do, so right now I have to have an ice pack of my cheek for 15 minutes, then switch to the other cheek for 15 minutes. They recommended me to eat liquid foods at first, so my diet yesterday and today were: Soup (they said it has to be room temperature), pudding, and malt-o-meal. I also have to take some kind of pill every six hours.
I told my papa today "Look at the hole's in my head!" and he said "Hannah, you have always had holes in your head". Ha ha ha!! :)
So, once again all is well in the Holte household!
